Another quick update
over 3 years ago – Sun, Oct 18, 2020 at 12:08:22 AM

Here are three of Barry Kitson's four bonus pages (thank you again and again for your patience) and these are now with Mick Gray for inking.  We have fit these pages into the story in an area where they make perfect sense.

We are scripting away and editing the graphic novel -- everything else is FINISHED.  Some minor color revisions but Chris Sotomayor is handling those as we roll along on the dialogue.

As always, thank you for your patience.

Posters and Heroes Update
over 3 years ago – Sun, Sep 27, 2020 at 02:57:24 PM

We are proofing the Heroes pages *sigh* and believe we are now at the final/final version with no more edits (or so we hope)

And the posters have arrived too

Just working away now on dialoguing the 100+ page graphic novel as, assuming Heroes has no more edits, everything else is in the can and finished!!!

And a photo that will show up in Anthem's scrapbook -- by Mike Grell and Joe Rubinstein - The Sword versus the Teutonic Knight

As we keep progressing with the Liberty Brigade, we would like to send a shout out to our good friends at Temporal Comics, who are back with another Kickstarter for their fifth issue of Heroes of the Golden Age; a reference guide to heroes of the golden age. This issue features twenty new profiles and all new art by Chris Malgrain.

Quick Update

September Update:

Work is happening at a furious pace right now and we are on track for December shipping.

People have asked if we were doing anything special for the many delays and YES, we added pages all along but we also (a) created the Barry Kitson mini-poster (here it is again) and Darrin put in the order with the printer so we expect those to arrive shortly and (b) added 4 more pages of art to the graphic novel.  In it, Barry Kitson and Mick Gray will reveal what happened to The Ghost (see image by Jamie Biggs below).  No, these 4 pages won't cause any delay.  There is one other surprise but we'll leave that for when you actually get the packages in December.

The Heroes book which has bedeviled us due to a single artist is now completely drawn and we are moving to the lettering/proofing/double-checking and that should hit the printer in just a few weeks.  Here is a wonderful Airboy drawing by Chris Malgrain that will be on the interior credits page.

Hi, All,

Many have asked about updating their address.

This can be done through Backerkit

Just create an account at Backerkit using the same e-mail address you used at Kickstarter. From there you can access your order and change your address.

Please note: We will give you ample notice before we start shipping in December for you to update your address. At that time, we will be available to assist if you run into any issues.
